INTRODUCTION
This course is designed to give a big picture on the definition of ergonomics, ergonomics risk factors related to work, health effect of ergonomics risk factors and control methods in order to prevent health issue such as backpain, muscular disorder disease, fatigue and other health complication.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the program, participant should be able to: -
Define Ergonomics.
Know legal requirements related to Ergonomics.
Identify related Ergonomic issues (sign, symptoms and factors) contribute to Musculoskeletal Disorders.
Explain ergonomics improvement at work.
