Introducing the problem solving techniques ie 6 Thinking Hats, Mind Mapping, PDCA and others.
Promote teamwork and collaboration in addressing cross-functional issues
Develop strategies to present solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and teams.
Preparation on preventive measures and control mechanisms to avoid repeating similar problems.
Train participants to handle unexpected challenges with agility and resilience.
Enhance decision-making skills under pressure and uncertainty
PROGRAM METHODOLOGY
This learning is delivered through a combination of Interactive Lecture, Case Study, Video Clips, Activities Based Learning, theoretical and practical approaches. Participants have to go through various simulated scenarios to help them interact. At each level, participants are required to practice the skills they have learned.
The methodology focuses on hands-on experiences that allow participants to identify strengths, address weaknesses, and collaborate effectively.
